Series I: Papers of Harriet Eitel Wells Johnson, including the papers of journalist Margaret M. Scott and soldier Cornelius H. Menger. The Johnson papers include correspondence, programs, and photographs; correspondents include Edmund Henry Eitel, Elizabeth Eitel Miesse, Riley's secretary Marcus Dickey, and Julia Dickey. The Scott materials include correspondence from George Ade and John T. McCutcheon, and autographs. The Menger papers include a World War I journal and military and personal papers. Series II: Letters dictated by Riley in Florida to Mr. and Mrs. Harry A. Kahn, 1914-1916; also several photographs of Riley while in Florida. Series III: An artificial collection of Riley correspondence and poetry that will have additions. Correspondents include author Clara E. Laughlin. There are also some visual images of Riley.
